ORDER POLICY
We are open Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5pm P.T. to receive orders. (except holidays).
Please be sure to double check your personal information for accurate processing.
If for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order we will credit the amount of your transaction back to your card.
If for any reason the item you are purchasing has had any changes we will notify you immediately for your approval.

CHANGE POLICY
The order process happens very quickly. We are committed to processing all orders on the same day that they are received (Unless it’s a weekend or a holiday it will be processed the following business day). We want to get your product to you in a timely manner.
Please be sure to double-check your order to avoid any delays to your order being processed in a timely manner.
Wigs R You, Inc. is not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address. If you need to change the address you will need to contact the specified shipping carrier.
If you would like to change your order and it has not been processed, we will make that change for you. If there is a balance owed, that amount will need to be paid before continued processing. If there is a refund due, we will credit the card used.
Items cannot be changed after processing. If you wish to cancel your order, please refer to our cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The order process happens very quickly. We are committed to processing all orders on the same day that they are received (Unless it’s a weekend or holiday it will be processed the following business day). We want to get your product to you in a timely manner.
If the order is cancelled before it has been processed, then we will issue a full refund.
We will do our best to intercept the item before it is shipped. However, if the order has already been shipped, you will need to refer to our return policy.
If your item is on backorder, you will have the opportunity to cancel that order up until the date before it is scheduled to ship. All backorders will be paid in full during the checkout process. You will receive a full refund to the card you used at checkout, if the backorder is cancelled before it ships.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns
All returns must be pre-approved before shipping them back to Wigs R You, Inc. At Wigs R You, Inc. it is our priority to provide you with the best product and customer service.
If you feel that you need to return your product, the following criteria must be met:
Contact Wigs R You, Inc customer service within 7 days of receipt of your order. Email: customerservice@wigsryou.com
Provide the following:
Full name used at the time of your order
Order number
Date of the order
Email address used at the time of ordering
Item you are wanting to return, wig name, brand, color and size
Reason for the return
Any other information you think we may need to approve your return request
All items must be sent back to us in their original factory condition. In the box the same way it arrived to you, including hair net, tissue paper, inserts, tags attached, not worn, not brushed out and free of any smells. Note: Be aware that synthetic hair picks up smells very easily. Especially smoke, perfume, cooking smells, detergent/fabric softener, candles to name a few.
Wigs R You, Inc. will inspect each item being returned. If the said item is not in its original condition, it will be donated to our wig bank and offered to a lady in need during medical treatment. No refund will be given. Or you can choose to have it shipped back to you. You will pay all shipping fees.
You may try on your wig, but we ask that you use a wig liner for sanitary reasons. Do not brush out your wig. Once it is brushed or altered in any way it is not eligible for a return.
Please give a clear and precise reason for your return. Clear pictures if applicable.
Once your return is authorized it should be sent via a trackable source. Wigs R You, Inc. is not responsible for packages that were never received or lost in the mail. Be sure to have the correct shipping address on your package. Your package needs to be in its original box and then packaged in another box for shipping. Items shipped in anything other than a box will not be eligible for return and your item will be donated in your name to our wig bank for ladies in need during medical treatments. Or you may choose to have it shipped back to you. You will pay all shipping fees.
Any unauthorized returns may be refused, or a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.
If we decide that returns are being made excessively by you, we may decide not to authorize your return.
Items not eligible for return are:
Clearance, sale and discontinued items
All products
All accessories’
All turbans, sleep caps and any other hats/headwear
Gift Certificates

NOTE: DO NOT return your item to the manufacturer. Any unauthorized returns to the manufacturer will incur a 25% restocking fee and any shipping costs or other fees incurred. The balance will be added to your account as store credit.
Refunds
It is always our priority to provide you with the best product and customer service. If there is anything we can do to help you with your order to avoid a return, please contact us immediately at customerservice@wigsryou.com
Note: All refunds are issued as store credit or a gift card. Be aware that gift cards expire within 6 months of the issue date.
All refunds must meet the following criteria:
All items must be in factory condition in their original packaging. See our Return Policy for specific criteria.
All items must be received by Wigs R You, Inc. within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. Wigs R You, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Any promotional items sent with the product will need to be returned as well. Otherwise, the retail value of the item will be deducted from your store credit.
Items that do not meet the return criteria will be charged a 50% restocking fee including all shipping fees incurred. Or you may choose to have the item shipped back to you with the reshipping fees charged to you.
If your item is approved for a refund the amount will be added to your account as store credit, minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping fees that were incurred. You can also choose to have your refund in the form of a gift certificate. Please Note: Gift Certificates expire within 6 months of the date of issuance.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE POLICY
Possible defective merchandise:
Please make sure that your merchandise is defective. We understand if you are just unhappy with your purchase. If that is the case, please refer to our return policy.
Please Note: Lace front wigs and toppers are not considered defective if the lace does not lay down flat. There are many YouTube videos demonstrating ways to lay your lace down flat. You may request a return if the piece has not been altered in any way. See our Return Policy for instructions and guidelines.
If you believe that the product you received is defective it will be sent to the manufacturer, and they will make the final determination. Below are the procedures for sending your product back to us.
Please contact us at customerservice@wigsryou.com within 5 days of receipt of your order.
You will need to include clear photos of the defective item, making sure there is sufficient lighting, and the item is easy to see. Include photos of the wig from all angles, including the inside of the cap and all tags.
You will need to send your item back for inspection. If the manufacturer determines there is a defect, you will receive a full refund in the form of a store credit. Or you may choose to have your refund in the form of a gift certificate. Please Note: Gift Certificates expire within 6 months of issuance.
If a defect is not found, your item will be shipped back to you, and you will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
Be clear about what the defect is and make sure you have a clear picture of the defective part of the item.
We will provide you with the correct shipping address for your defective returned merchandise. Do Not send it to Wigs R You, Inc. without prior approval.
PLEASE NOTE: This process could take up to 20 business days to be completed once it is received by the manufacturer.
